Recognising the increasing demand for practical digital transformation, he co-founded Netgate IT Solutions to bridge real-world business challenges with innovative, scalable software solutions that improve efficiency and drive growth. A graduate of General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University (KDU) and a Member of the Australian Computer Society (ACS), Kapila combines technical expertise with strategic business leadership. His focus on innovation, enterprise technology, and customer-centric solutions continues to guide Netgate IT Solutions in delivering reliable digital platforms that empower businesses across diverse industries.

Palitha is the Co-Founder of Netgate IT Solutions (Pvt) Ltd and serves as a Strategic Consultant to Netgate Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience across defence, corporate security, administration, and enterprise operations. A distinguished graduate of Kotelawala Defence Academy (KDA), he served 21 years in the Sri Lanka Army, where he gained extensive experience in military technology, communications, security systems, and operational planning. Following his military career, he held senior leadership positions in the corporate sector, including Head of Security at one of Sri Lanka's leading banks, overseeing enterprise security, intelligence, risk management, and business continuity. He also served as General Manager of the bank's property development arm, leading commercial operations, infrastructure projects, and administrative functions. His career also spans government institutions and private security organisations, providing him with a well-rounded understanding of governance, compliance, manpower management, and large-scale operational leadership. At Netgate, Palitha oversees the Group's finance, administration, legal and corporate governance functions while working closely with the management team on strategic planning, research and development, and business innovation. His disciplined leadership, operational expertise, and structured approach ensure the organisation remains commercially sound, operationally efficient, and well-positioned to deliver practical technology solutions that address real business challenges.

Thushendra is a Director at Netgate IT Solutions (Pvt) Ltd and leads the company's Technology, Cybersecurity, and Research & Development initiatives. With over two decades of multidisciplinary experience spanning information technology, business management, human resources, manufacturing, and commercial law, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic business insight to the organisation. As Head of Research & Development, Thushendra drives Netgate's innovation strategy by identifying real-world operational challenges faced by businesses and transforming them into practical technology solutions. Working closely with the management team and clients, he oversees the research, design, development, and deployment of new platforms within live business environments. Only after a solution has been successfully validated in real-world operations is it introduced to the broader market, ensuring every product delivered by Netgate is proven to create measurable business value. Holding multiple master's degrees in Business Administration, Business and Commercial Law, Information Technology, and Human Resource Management, and currently pursuing a doctorate in Business Management, Thushendra combines academic excellence with extensive industry experience. His leadership in software engineering, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and emerging technologies continues to position Netgate at the forefront of innovation, delivering secure, scalable, and future-ready digital solutions for modern businesses.

Gayan serves as the Chief Growth Officer – Products & Platform Development at Netgate IT Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, leading the company's growth strategy, product commercialisation, and market expansion initiatives. With over a decade of experience across enterprise technology, SaaS, digital transformation, business development, and solution consulting, he plays a pivotal role in transforming innovative ideas into scalable products that deliver measurable business value. Working closely with the executive leadership and Research & Development team, Gayan bridges the gap between technology and the market—identifying business opportunities, validating customer needs, and shaping product direction to ensure every solution addresses genuine operational challenges. He also leads strategic partnerships, go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and commercial growth, ensuring Netgate's platforms are designed not only to solve business problems but also to achieve sustainable market adoption. Holding an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University (UK) and a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Systems from the University of Westminster (UK), Gayan combines commercial strategy with technical understanding to align product innovation, customer success, and business growth. His collaborative approach across product, engineering, and commercial teams continues to drive Netgate's vision of delivering practical, scalable, and future-ready technology solutions for businesses across multiple industries.

Asiri leads software engineering and product development at Netgate IT Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, turning innovative concepts into practical, high-performance business solutions. Working closely with the leadership and R&D teams, he has independently developed several of Netgate's core platforms, including a GPS and Camera-Verified Attendance System with a mobile application, currently deployed and proven within Netgate Lanka (Pvt) Ltd before its commercial release. He also developed Netgate's Learning Management System (LMS), currently undergoing live implementation at a school in Piliyandala, and is leading the development of the company's next-generation Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. A fast learner with a passion for emerging technologies, Asiri actively leverages AI-powered development tools, including Claude AI, to accelerate innovation, enhance software quality, and deliver secure, scalable solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
