A graduate of General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University (KDU), Kapila combines formal technical training with real-world systems engineering experience. As a Member of the Australian Computer Society (ACSM), he remains actively aligned with global technology standards and professional best practices. Beyond enterprise software, he has maintained an active footprint in the child education sector for over a decade — introducing digital enablement, operational structure, and strategic systems thinking into education-focused ventures. At his core, Kapila is a builder — equally comfortable in technical architecture and commercial strategy — translating complex requirements into intelligent, high-performance solutions that scale.

Palitha brings a rare blend of military discipline, corporate security leadership, and enterprise management experience. A distinguished graduate of Kotelawala Defence Academy (KDA – Batch 02), he served 21 years in the Sri Lanka Army, retiring with the rank of Major. Transitioning into the corporate sector, he went on to serve as Chief Manager – Security and Intelligence at a leading bank in Sri Lanka, overseeing high-level risk management, institutional security frameworks, and critical infrastructure protection. In parallel, he held the role of General Manager for a property development subsidiary of the bank, managing commercial operations, assets, and large-scale project execution. With extensive exposure to manpower and security services operations, Palitha is an all-round operational leader — combining technology awareness, people management capability, compliance understanding, and business oversight. His strength lies in building structured, accountable environments where governance and execution move in alignment.

Thushendra is a multi-disciplinary business leader with over two decades of executive-level experience spanning manufacturing, information technology, human resource management, and legal practice. Holding multiple master’s degrees in Business Administration, Commercial Law, Information Technology, and Human Resource Management, he combines academic depth with board-level strategic exposure across state and private sector institutions. Currently pursuing doctoral studies in Business Management, he represents a rare blend of operational expertise and scholarly insight. His core strength lies in governance, systems architecture, regulatory alignment, and organisational structuring — delivering disciplined growth anchored in compliance, technology enablement, and strategic foresight.

Gayan is a growth strategist operating at the intersection of technology, product development, and commercial expansion. With experience across multiple industry verticals, he specialises in translating complex digital solutions into scalable market opportunities. Holding an MBA (UK) and a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Systems, he combines analytical depth with commercial instinct. As Chief Growth Officer, he leads product positioning, platform strategy, market expansion, and strategic partnerships aligning R&D, product, and sales functions toward measurable business impact. Driven by clarity, collaboration, and long-term value creation, Gayan focuses on turning innovation into adoption and potential into sustained performance.
