EduPulse

A complete learning management system — admissions, courses, login and admin control, built to digitise modern educational institutions.

SCROLL ↓

One platform for the whole institution

EduPulse brings admissions, learning and administration into a single connected system. Students, teachers and administrators each get a purpose-built experience — so enrolment, teaching and oversight all run from the same source of truth.

THE PROBLEM

Most institutions do not run one system — they run six that disagree

Admissions sit in a form and a folder, marks live in a teacher's spreadsheet, fees are in an accounting package, attendance is on paper, and announcements go out over messaging apps. Each part works on its own. The institution's actual picture of a student only exists once someone assembles it by hand.

The gap is between the systems, not inside them

Nothing in that list is broken on its own. The cost comes from the reconciliation work between them, and from decisions made on a picture that was already out of date when it was assembled.

  • Admissions run on paperwork

Applicants fill printed forms, drop off documents in person and then phone to ask where their application stands, because there is nothing they can check for themselves.

  • Student data is duplicated everywhere

The same student exists in the register, the fee ledger and three teacher spreadsheets. When a detail changes, some of those copies are updated and some are not.

  • Teachers spend evenings on admin

Marking sheets, attendance registers and progress reports are compiled manually every term — time taken from preparation and from students.

  • Parents are the last to know

Attendance problems, slipping grades and outstanding fees reach guardians in a termly report, long after the point where anyone could have acted on them.

  • Fee collection is chased by hand

Outstanding balances are reconciled off a separate ledger and followed up individually, so the finance office is always working from last week's position.

  • Nobody can answer a question quickly

A straightforward query — attendance by grade this month, applications converted this intake — becomes a data-gathering project rather than a report.

OUR SOLUTION

EduPulse puts admissions, learning and administration on one record

One student record carries the application, enrolment, courses, attendance, assessment and fee history. Every role — applicant, student, teacher, guardian, administrator — works against that same record through a view built for what they actually do, so the institution stops reconciling and starts reading.

01

Enrolment that runs itself

Applicants apply online, upload their documents and follow their own status. An accepted application becomes a student record directly, so nothing is re-entered and the admissions funnel is visible while an intake is still open.

02

Teaching and assessment in one place

Courses, lessons, materials, assignments, quizzes and grading live inside the platform. Teachers publish once, students learn at their own pace, and progress and attendance are recorded as a by-product of normal teaching rather than as extra paperwork.

03

Administration with real oversight

Fees, invoicing, reminders, reporting and staff management run from a single dashboard under role-based access, so administrators see the whole institution while each role only reaches what it should.

FEATURES

What EduPulse gives you

Everything below is part of the platform. The plan comparison further down shows which tier each capability sits in.

Online application portal

Applicants register, complete their forms and track their own status without calling the office or visiting in person.

Document upload and verification

Certificates and identity documents arrive digitally and are checked and stored against the application rather than in a filing cabinet.

Student and staff records

One profile per person carrying enrolment, courses, attendance, results and history, updated in one place.

Course and lesson builder

Structure courses into lessons, attach materials and release content on the schedule that suits the programme.

Assignments and grading

Set work, collect submissions and grade inside the platform, with results written straight to the student record.

Quizzes and online exams

Run timed assessments online with automatic marking where the question type allows it.

Live class integration

Scheduled online sessions sit alongside the course they belong to, so students join from the same place they study.

Attendance and progress tracking

Attendance and engagement are recorded per class and roll up into reports by student, cohort or campus.

Fee and invoice management

Issue invoices, record payments and see outstanding balances against the student record, with automated reminders.

Certificates and transcripts

Generate transcripts and completion certificates from results already held in the system.

Role-based access control

Students, teachers, guardians and administrators each get their own view, and you decide what each role can reach.

Multi-campus and branded portal

Run several campuses under one institution, on your own domain and branding, with consolidated reporting across them.

BENEFITS

What changes once EduPulse is live

These are the operational shifts institutions adopt EduPulse for. They follow from holding one record instead of several — not from a statistic we have not measured at your institution.

  • One version of the truth

Admissions, academics and finance read the same student record, so the reconciliation work between separate systems simply stops existing.

  • Teaching time returned to teachers

Registers, mark sheets and progress reports come out of the system instead of being compiled by hand each term.

  • A faster, less leaky admissions cycle

Applicants complete everything online and can see where they stand, so fewer drop out of the process while waiting for someone to get back to them.

  • Guardians brought into the loop

Parent accounts are included on every plan and show attendance, progress and fee status as it stands, which turns most termly surprises into ordinary conversations.

  • Fee position visible as it stands

Invoices, payments and automated reminders sit against the student record, so the finance office works from the current position rather than last week's export.

  • Decisions made on current data

Attendance, progress and enrolment reports are pulled when they are needed, so leadership acts on the term in progress instead of the one that finished.

EduPulse — frequently asked questions

What schools and institutions ask us most before moving onto EduPulse.

That is the intent. Admissions, student records, course delivery, assessment, attendance and fee management run inside one platform against a single source of truth, which removes the reconciliation work that comes from keeping a spreadsheet, an accounting package and a separate LMS in step. Where you have a system you cannot retire — a finance package, for example — the Campus plan includes integrations so the two can exchange data.

Parent and guardian accounts are included on every plan and are not counted against your student numbers. Guardians get their own login showing attendance, progress, assessment results and fee status for the students linked to them, along with notifications. You control what each role can see through the role-based access settings.

Yes. Student, staff and course records import from spreadsheets or from an export out of your current system. On the Institute and Campus plans, staff training and onboarding are included, which is where we run the import with you and check the data landed correctly before you go live. We would rather spend that time up front than have you discover a mapping problem mid-term.

It remains yours and you can export it in full at any time, including while you are deciding. We do not hold data hostage to a renewal. On the Campus plan we also support on-premise and private-cloud hosting, so institutions with data residency obligations can keep everything inside their own environment from the start.

Plans are priced per institution against a student band rather than billed per head, so ordinary intake fluctuation does not change your invoice. If you cross into the next band we will tell you and move you across at the next renewal rather than back-charging you. Registered non-profit schools qualify for additional discounts — ask us.
